  1. Mess 0.80 system for the Geneve, 99/4A and 99/8.
  2.  
  3. 1.  Copy the "mess" directory to c:\mess.
  4. 2.  Copy the "DISKS" directory to c:\DISKS.
  5. 3.  Copy the "messgui" icon to your desktop.
  6. 4.  Click on the desktop icon to start the emulator.
  7. 5.  (optional) From the "Software" list click on a disk that will be installed as DSK1.
  8. 6.  From the "System" list double click on "Geneve 9640" or one of the TI99/4A or TI-99/8 listings.
  9. 7.  For the Geneve emulation:
  10.      --Click on "OK" at the "OPTIONAL bwg.bin NOT FOUND" warning.
  11.      --When asked, "Press any Key".
  12.      --When asked again, "Press any Key".
  13.      --When MDOS asks for the time press <enter>.  Same for the date.  The PC's time will be entered into MDOS.
  14.      --Anytime you want to return to the MDOS startup menu from the MDOS cursor type "help".
